Team size & roles
- We're a small but mighty team spread out across Tel Aviv and the US/North America.
- The Product, Engineering and R&D (Research & Development) teams are mostly in Israel, while the entire GTM (Go-To-Market) team consisting of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Operations are based in the US.
- All of our open roles are expansion roles (yay!). In addition, many are building out a function, giving you the ability to take the initiative, make a huge impact and build from the ground up!
- Primary metric for Sales/GTM: ARR
- Constant and transparent communication across the entire company via Slack & WhatsApp
- Weekly check-ins with direct manager
