- Re: Notion: I haven’t actually used Notion’s commenting system much—though I’m sure I’ll learn quickly! When we talk live, I’d love to get a quick tutorial from you 🙂
- Project timeline: Let's plan to kick things off the week of February 7. From your video reply, I learned that next week is Chinese New Year. Best to fully enjoy that (and I'm not in a huge rush anyhow).
- Re: real-time call: Considering the above, how about we aim for something the week of February 7? Generally speaking, the best times for me are Monday 8pm EST (me) / Tuesday 9am (you), and the same for Tuesday/Wednesday and Wednesday/Thursday
- Slack: I think we're aligned here on using Slack sparingly. That said, I still think it'd be useful to have you in the BYA Slack workspace for occasional messages and so you can stay aware of group stuff. I promise we won't go overboard here—IMO we have healthy Slack etiquette as a team :) What email is best for you?
- Next steps: I'm working on writing down initial thoughts for the project and recording a Loom video to share some ideas visually. I'll have those to you next week.
