- Thumbnail for each user: There were two design options at some point. Clarity needed:
- Which design is intended? I’m not sure if I’m seeing the intended one.
- If the intended design is the one with the circular headshot, why? I recall preferring the other design, with the rectangular headshot. But I recognize there may be a compelling reason to go with the circular headshot version.

Potential bugs
Please take these as helpful notes, not formal critiques! I know you’re working on many things at once and I don’t mean to barge in and point out everything that is broken.
Collections in Notion
- What I see in Notion (CMS) does not match what I see on the live site. Example: I went into the Engineering collection in the CMS and filtered for engineering tag. A sub-group showed up (Engineering at Flex). But on the live site (even after refreshing in Super), the collection is empty.
- Nav bar:
- Remove yellow border on item second-from-right. AKA: make it just text so that there’s just a single CTA.
- Replace “View all companies” item in nav bar with “How BYA works” (that goes to page with 3 sides of market.)
- Idea: Remove About and For employers and put those to footer?
- ask Yusuf for example of breadcrumbs (link broke on previous example)
- Address Yusuf’s comment:
- Finalize the structure of the Group page e.g.
- What goes under Learn more
- Placing of each section blocks
- Hiring Notes content
- Section titles
- Team members Q&A content
- Once the structure is finalized, I can create a master template which Zaman/Me/Anyone can duplicate and fill in accordingly.
